?Take the lead with relative departments to build up master production schedule with overall consideration of customer requirement, materials deliveries, production capacities etc.
?Correctly maintain & operate ERP system (Kingdee) in production planning (work orders, capacity maintenance, capacity planning, etc), serve as ERP key user
?Generate, Release and Monitor production orders in conjunction with Production and internal departments to assure production plan executed on-time, follow up and analyses production output report.
?Monitor materials availability together with Purchasing to assure materials availability for production plan.
?Solve daily operational issues in production planning scope, fast response to sales team in terms of special issues. Update lead time of raw material into the ERP system.
?FG and Semi-FG inventory management to reach lean inventory.
?Monitor the safety stock of Raw material.
?Other tasks assigned by Superior
Additional:
?Drive supplier base and formulate sourcing / negotiation plan to improve supplier mix which include cost down, MOQ, L/T and terms improvement, reduce no. of supplier etc.
?Manage supplier for the selection of suppliers, price negotiation, new product and samples development.
?Proceed with Purchase order to supplier and follow up. Procurement activities follow up"
